Fresh off her Mexico trip, where her Nina Ricci and Louis Vuitton choices didn’t exactly win you over, Chase Infiniti had another chance to impress at the New York screening of One Battle After Another. Sadly, I can’t say this latest look did the trick either.
She opted for a Renaissance Renaissance Fall 2025 romper, and while I’ve admired plenty from this collection—its youthful energy, its playful twists—this particular piece left me scratching my head.
The off-the-shoulder cut sat awkwardly low, giving the impression of constant adjustment. The ruffle didn’t add drama, just distraction. And then there’s the open skirt detail layered over the romper, which muddled the silhouette completely. Instead of feeling fresh or directional, it ended up being a little confusing.
I really wanted this to work for her, because Renaissance Renaissance has some standout looks perfect for a rising star like Chase. But this wasn’t it. I’ll be waiting (and hoping) for her next red carpet to give me that wow moment.
