Molly Gordon put a stylish spin on the classic Canadian tuxedo, sporting a Ralph Lauren double denim jacket and jeans combo that felt both polished and true to the label’s all-American roots. A crisp white shirt, cowboy belt, and western boots grounded the look in Americana, while the RL top-handle bag and sleek sunglasses took it from ranch to resort with just the right dose of coastal cool. It was the kind of effortless styling that, while seemingly laid-back, was undeniably put together—pure Ralph Lauren energy.

It’s giving Hamptons veteran

Some might say this Ralph Lauren look gave Naomi Watts a “just stepped off the Hamptons Jitney” vibe—and they wouldn’t be wrong. It’s slightly crumpled, a bit relaxed around the edges, but there’s something undeniably charming about it. Personally, I couldn’t overlook the length of those dark denim jeans, especially paired with white shoes (my inner voice was screaming dye transfer). Still, despite my denim-related stress, the look won me over. It wasn’t trying too hard—just a breezy, lived-in look that felt totally at home in the Hamptons.

Summer dressing, but the boots missed the memo

Valentina Ferrer opted out of the denim memo entirely and chose a brown printed Ralph Lauren dress instead. The pleats and earthy tone worked well for a late summer gathering, but the styling felt a little off-course. The black leather knee-high boots brought a heavy, wintry note to the look. Lighter accessories could’ve made this a winning seasonal moment.
