Carrie Coon stopped by The View on Friday to chat all things The Gilded Age and The White Lotus, but she didn’t just bring charisma and Emmy-worthy credits—she brought a look that said, “power, meet elegance.”
Carrie’s promo tour has been quietly building into a full-blown fashion moment. Last week it was an offbeat Loewe dress that grabbed our attention, and this week she gave us sharp tailoring and structure in a Bally Spring 2025 suit that said “executive realness.”
Yes, it’s another black outfit during what’s fast becoming the second annual Summer of Noir (last year was practically a blackout), but I’ll allow it. Why? Because this suit is doing something different. The nipped-in waist, the peplum detail, and that cocoon-shaped mini skirt give it shape, and a little something extra. There’s power, and most importantly—there’s style.
Cream pumps, dark shades, and a top-handle bag sealed the deal, giving us strong “head of the boardroom and the drama department” energy.
Carrie is clearly having fun with fashion this time around, and I, for one, am fully here for it.
